Doudough’s Bakehouse is an artisan microbakery (for now) headquartered in North Las Vegas, Nevada — handcrafting small-batch savory and sweet pastries using premium, clean ingredients.

Every pastry is made from scratch using a signature golden turmeric laminated crust, organic produce, organic and grass-fed meats, wild-caught seafood, and seed oil-free recipes with no additives and no preservatives.

Founded by Quay Seamster and inspired by the global tradition of wrapping something delicious in dough — from Jamaican beef patties and Argentinian empanadas to French laminated pastries and beyond — Doudough’s honors every culture that perfected this craft while creating something entirely its own. Our menu rotates seasonally to reflect what is fresh, what is in season, and what deserves to be inside a golden crust right now.

We bake fresh every Saturday for local pickup at multiple Las Vegas locations and Saturday delivery. Frozen pastries are available for weekday pickup and nationwide shipping Monday through Wednesday, packed with dry ice and vacuum-sealed for freshness. We also offer wholesale and catering for events, corporate orders, and private functions.

Doudough’s is for people who eat with intention, for those who care about real ingredients, and believe that handcrafted food made that morning is worth showing up for.
